Introductions

So, I believe a big ‘Hello’ is in order. I started this blog in the hopes that maybe I could possibly inspire people to pick up a book/e-reader and read books again and to promote and share my love of books with other similar-minded people. Nowadays it seems like reading books is more of a ‘if I have any spare time’ hobby rather than something to do on the weekend or in the evenings to relax.

I’ve always had such an avid love of books from a young age. I love the way you can get lost in these fantasy/fiction worlds for hours at a time, you can feel the emotions of each character like you are on a journey with them, and that you can see the settings in your mind played like a movie. There’s always been something so satisfying about reading and I hope whoever reads this feels the same way too!

I have quite a few ideas about the way I want to run this blog and I hope to post a good three times a week, four at the most if I’m really hit with a creative streak. I have an idea called ‘Sunday Funday’ which will be released this Sunday 5th February (and every other Sunday from then on) that I hope will peak your interests and maybe you could join in with me and let me know your progress. Maybe you could suggest some books to me that I may be stuck on for ‘Sunday Funday’? Who knows!

My next blog post should be out Friday 3rd February which will be a little something to help you all get to know me a little more and get to know my preferences when it comes to books.

I can’t wait to get started on this new adventure/journey with whoever wants to get involved! See you all tomorrow hopefully!
